炎炎夏日,要食得清啖簡單,這味雞絲粉皮便是最佳選擇,配上自混麻醬,一家大細都鐘意。
1 tbsp sesame paste 芝麻醬
1/2 tbsp peanut butter 花生醬
1/2 tsp salt 鹽
1/4 tsp sugar 糖
1/2 tsp soy sauce 豉油
2 tsp water 水
3/4 tsp sesame oil 麻油
Mix sesame paste and peanut butter. Add water in two additions. Mix well after each time. Add the rest of the ingredients with sesame oil last.
