Cold Green Bean Noodle with Shredded Chicken in Sesame Sauce 涼泮麻醬雞絲粉皮



In hot summer days, this cold dish is welcomed by my family. With the homemade sesame sauce, it is comparable to restaurant quality!

炎炎夏日,要食得清啖簡單,這味雞絲粉皮便是最佳選擇,配上自混麻醬,一家大細都鐘意。





Sesame Sauce 麻醬:
1 tbsp sesame paste 芝麻醬
1/2 tbsp peanut butter 花生醬
1/2 tsp salt 鹽
1/4 tsp sugar 糖
1/2 tsp soy sauce 豉油
2 tsp water 水
3/4 tsp sesame oil 麻油

Mix sesame paste and peanut butter. Add water in two additions. Mix well after each time. Add the rest of the ingredients with sesame oil last.

Prepare the green bean noodle according to the instructions of the manufacturer.
